Life crises, change and existential questions

Sometimes something happens that changes everything: a loss, a separation, an illness or a crossroads. At other times nothing in particular has happened, yet questions of meaning and direction still make themselves felt.

How it can feel

  • What used to feel obvious no longer does.
  • Grief, emptiness or a sense of being lost.
  • Questions about meaning, identity and what matters.
  • Difficulty making decisions about the future.

When talking can be helpful

  • When you are carrying something big and need someone to think aloud with.
  • When a change makes it hard to feel steady again.
  • When existential questions take up a lot of space.

How we can work together

We make room for what is difficult and explore together what it means for you. Sometimes the conversations are about grief, sometimes about choices, and sometimes about who you want to be going forward.

Existential questions and life crises are an area I have a particular interest in, and you do not need to have put the question into words before you get in touch.
